388 ViewsA number of IEM and adjacent services have been degraded this fine Wednesday morning due to a building power outage and unrelated scheduled ISU network maintenance. Accessing the blast radius on all this remains a work in progress, so thank you for your patience and I will update this news item as more is learned!
Update 7:30 AM: The building housing about half of the IEM compute capacity had no power from about 12:10 AM till 4:30 AM this morning. No word yet on what happened, but this certainly was not good for IEM website health! At the moment, the only data loss was the overnight collection of some webcam imagery.
