3 April NWS Data Outage

The source of NWS data for the IEM is something called NOAAPort. This feed stopped at about 11:35 AM this morning and restored at about 12:15 PM this afternoon. Unfortunately, it appears the noon METAR observations were all lost during this outage. Will see about repairing that data hole shortly.

Updated 2:30 PM: The METAR observation hole should now be repaired.
