New KCRG CityCam: Solon

A new web camera has been added to the KCRG-TV CityCam network. This web camera is in Solon, IA (near Iowa City) and has a wonderful view of the city and sky in all directions. This webcam has an identifier of KCRG-035 and automated lapse artifacts of "solon".
