A backend change was made for the file system path that the yearly and monthly cached wind roses are stored. I don't think anybody is directly calling these paths, but I figured I'd document the change here just in case. This change was made to boost performance.

The old path was /share/windrose/climate/{yearly,monthly}/{month}/{station}_{yearly,month}.png. An example new path is /share/windrose/{$network}/{$station}_{yearly,month}.png
