New RWIS: Sloan

A Iowa RWIS site has been relocated. The site that was located near Onawa has been moved along I-29 to a location near Sloan. The DOT retained the same internal identifier (number 34) for this site, but the National Weather Service identifier is new as the change in location is rather large. The Sloan site has an NWSLI of RSOI4 and the discontinued site has an NWSLI of RONI4.

If you are processing the raw RWIS data, please be sure to update your tables for site number 34!
